Returns and Exchange

You have the right to exchange or return all products you have bought from BOCK Cph for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them. All items have to be returned unused and packaging still intact. When you return or exchange a product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

Before returning an item, please send us an email here which should include your name, order number and the reason for return. If you do not contact us before, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange.

BOCK Cph do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Damaged items

If you receive a package containing wrongly packaged or damaged items please contact us here.

Note that BOCK Cph is not responsible for damages that have occurred during transportation. We always pack everything very carefully, in order to prevent possible damages.
